无锡圆融商业综合体结构设计

摘要: 无锡圆融商业综合体为特别不规则结构,异形钢结构穹顶采用单层网壳结构,最大跨度约 19m,最大悬挑长度约 7m,异形钢结构穹顶跨过下部混凝土结构的防震缝,支撑在 12 根树形分叉柱上. 介绍了屋盖结构体系, 结构静力、动力和稳定性分析以及节点设计等内容. 针对本工程跨缝连接的特点,运用多种有限元软件建立单体和整体模型,分析了下部混凝土结构与上部穹顶钢结构的相互影响. 根据结构特点,设定合理的性能目标,保证关键构件的抗震性能水准. 分析结果表明,该结构体系的刚度和抗震性能良好,结构安全可靠.

Structure design of Wuxi Harmony Commercial Complex

Abstract: Wuxi Harmony Commercial Complex is a particularly irregular structure. The special⁃shaped steel dome adopts asingle⁃layer reticulated shell structure with a maximum span of about 19m and a maximum cantilever length of about 7m.Special⁃shaped steel dome spans the seismic joints of the lower concrete structure and is supported on 12 tree⁃shaped on thebifurcated column. The roof structure system, static, dynamic and stability analysis and joint design of structural wereintroduced. Aiming at the characteristics of the cross⁃joint connection in this project, various finite element softwares wereused to establish single and integral models, and the interaction between the lower concrete structure and the upper domesteel structure was analyzed. According to the structural characteristics, reasonable performance targets were set to ensurethe seismic performance level of key components. The analysis results show that the structural system has good stiffness andseismic performance, and the structure is safe and reliable.
