苏州丰隆中心 T2 塔楼框支转换层结构设计

摘要: 苏州丰隆中心 T2 塔楼是平面及竖向均不规则的复杂高层建筑,采用框支剪力墙结构体系. 通过对主体结构进行小震、大震作用下的计算分析及性能化设计,以及采用 ABAQUS 对转换框架进行有限元分析,重点介绍了转换层等效剪切刚度比控制原则和措施. 分析结果表明,将转换层上的设备转换层做成二次结构,可以有效控制剪切刚度比. 对由主次转换梁共同支承上部结构的复杂转换结构提出建议:应加强转换框架的箍筋、受扭钢筋;当转换层上部结构层数较多、荷载较大时,转换框架在大震作用下的抗剪应考虑混凝土开裂后全部由箍筋和型钢来承担.

Structural design of frame supported transfer story of T2 tower of Suzhou Hongleong Center

Abstract:T2 tower of Suzhou Hongleong Center is a complex high⁃rise building with irregular plane and vertical structure,adopting frame⁃supported shear wall structure system. Through the calculation analysis and performance design of the mainstructure under the action of small and large earthquakes, and the finite element analysis of the conversion frame byABAQUS, the control principle and measures of equivalent shear stiffness ratio of the conversion layer were introducedemphatically. The analysis results show that the shear stiffness ratio can be effectively controlled by making the equipmenttransfer layer above the transfer layer into a secondary structure. For the complex transfer structure supported by the primaryand secondary transfer beams, it is suggested that the stirrups and torsion bars of the transfer frame should be strengthened;when the transfer layer superstructure has more floors and loads, the shear strength of the transfer frame should be assumedby stirrups and section steel after the cracking of concrete.
