常熟龙腾希尔顿酒店复杂连体超限高层结构设计

摘要: 常熟龙腾希尔顿酒店造型独特,采用框架⁃剪力墙结构,存在高位收进、双塔连体、平面超长、穿层斜柱等多项不规则. 介绍了其结构方案、主要分析结果和性能化设计,包括控制标准、温度及地震作用的影响等. 针对工程的特点,结构设计通过多程序仿真,进行了高位收进⁃连体影响分析、连接体钢曲梁多尺度应力分析、温度和地震作用下的楼板应力分析等专项分析,采取了一系列相应措施,保证了结构的安全可靠和经济合理.

Design of complex connected out⁃of⁃code high⁃rise structurein Changshu Longteng Hilton Hotel

Abstract: Changshu Longteng Hilton Hotel is unique in shape and adopts frame⁃shear wall structure. There are manyirregularities such as high incorporate, double⁃tower connection, super⁃long plane and inclined column through layer. Thestructure scheme, main analysis results and performance⁃based design were introduced, including control standards,temperature and earthquake action. In view of the characteristics of the project, the structural design was carried out bymulti⁃program simulation. The special analysis was carried out, such as high⁃level income⁃connector effect analysis,multi⁃scale stress analysis of connecting steel curved beams, and floor stress analysis under temperature and earthquakeaction. A series of corresponding measures were taken to ensure the safety, reliability and economic rationality of thestructure.
