某 U 形悬挑结构设计与分析

摘要: 本工程屋顶层东侧整层挑出,悬挑长度 16. 80m,并在悬挑端南北向封闭形成 U 形悬空办公空间. 悬挑结构采用钢桁架方案,并通过多方案比选确定满足建筑要求、结构安全及经济合理的桁架形式. 详细介绍了悬挑结构承载力、变形、抗连续倒塌、楼盖舒适度、楼板应力及复杂节点等专项分析. 结果表明:悬挑桁架向主体结构内部延伸一跨、支撑桁架的框架柱内设置型钢、悬挑桁架做成刚接节点等措施可有效保证结构承载力、变形及抗倒塌能力,通过调整楼板厚度和配筋及控制合理的施工顺序可以有效减小桁架变形造成的楼板拉压内力.

Design and analysis of a U⁃shaped cantilever structure

Abstract: The entire east side of the roof layer of this project is protruded out, the cantilever length is 16. 80m, and thecantilever end is closed in the north⁃south direction to form a U⁃shaped suspended office space. The cantilever structureadopts the steel truss scheme, and through the comparison of multiple schemes, the truss form that meets the architecturalrequirements, structural safety and economical rationality was determined. The special analysis of the bearing capacity,deformation, collapse prevention, floor comfort, floor stress and complex joints of the cantilevered structure was introducedin detail. The results show that measures such as extending the cantilever truss to the interior of the main structure for onespan, setting the section steel in the frame column supporting the truss, and making the cantilever truss into rigid joints,can effectively ensure the bearing capacity, deformation and anti⁃collapse ability of the structure. By adjusting the thicknessand reinforcement of the floor and controlling the reasonable construction sequence can effectively reduce the tensile andcompressive internal force of the floor caused by the deformation of the truss.
