苏州宏海国际广场超限高层结构设计

摘 要

摘要: 对苏州宏海国际广场超限高层结构设计要点进行了说明与分析. 针对工程“工”字形平面不规则提出布置方案,在工字形平面“翼缘”与“腹板”相交处设两个围合成整体的钢筋混凝土筒,并在凹口两侧布置剪力墙与混凝土筒相连. 采用 SATWE 和 MIDAS Building 软件对结构进行整体分析,采用 PKPM⁃SAUSAGE 软件进行弹塑性时程分析,结果表明结构布置合理,整体抗震性能良好. 针对抗震薄弱部位和关键构件制定抗震性能化指标,底部加强部位剪力墙和框架柱受剪承载力按中震弹性控制,偏心受压承载力按中震不屈服设计;连接薄弱部位、竖向收进楼层的楼板按中震弹性设计. 对设防烈度地震作用下名义拉应力大于混凝土抗拉强度标准值的墙体,设置型钢承担全部拉力,以保证结构安全.

Super high⁃rise structure design in Suzhou Honghai International Plaza

Abstract: The key design highlights of the super high⁃rise structures in Suzhou Honghai International Plaza were elaboratedand analyzed. In view of the irregularity of the " I" ⁃shaped plane of the project, a layout scheme was proposed. Tworeinforced concrete cylinders are set up at the intersection of the " flange" and " web" of the I⁃shaped plane,shear wallswere arranged on both sides of the recess to connect with the concrete cylinder. SATWE and MIDAS Building software wereused to conduct overall analysis of the structural, and PKPM⁃SAUSAGE software was used to conduct elasto⁃plastic timehistory analysis. The results show that the structural layout is reasonable and the overall seismic performance is good. Theseismic performance indicators were formulated for the weak seismic parts and key components. The shear bearing capacityof the shear wall and frame column at the bottom reinforced part is controlled according to the middle earthquake elasticity,and the eccentric compression bearing capacity is designed according to the middle earthquake non⁃yielding design. Thefloor slabs connecting the weak parts and vertically retracting the floors were designed according to the mid⁃seismicelasticity. For the wall whose nominal tensile stress is greater than the standard value of concrete tensile strength under theaction of fortification intensity earthquake, the section steel was set to bear all the tensile force to ensure the safety of thestructure.
