非正交对称轴网斜柱过渡超高层结构设计

摘要: 某项目停工续建时建筑功能由原办公用房变更为商务酒店用房,导致结构荷载增加、出现斜柱等重大变更. 首先介绍了结构续建设计的主要特点:斜柱过渡方案的选择、楼盖水平拉力系统的确定、第 17 层核心筒三个角部型钢柱与型钢梁的连接、中震作用下底部墙肢拉应力的解决办法等. 然后对主体结构进行了小震弹性时程分析和大震弹塑性动力时程分析,对部分重要和受力复杂构件进行性能化设计. 计算结果表明结构的各项指标均符合规范要求,结构具有良好的抗震性能,安全可靠.

Non⁃orthogonal symmetric grid inclined column transfer super high⁃rise structure design

Abstract: The architectural function of a project was changed from the original office room to the commercial hotel room,resulting in significant changes of the increase of structural load and the emergence of inclined columns. Firstly, the maincharacteristics of structural continuation design were introduced, such as the selection of inclined column transition scheme,the determination of floor horizontal tension system, the connection between steel column and steel beam at three corners ofthe 17 floor core tube, and the solution of tensile stress at the bottom wall under middle earthquake. Then, the elastictime⁃history analysis of the main structure under small earthquake and the elastic⁃plastic dynamic time⁃history analysisunder large earthquake were carried out, and the performance⁃based design was carried out for some important and complexcomponents. The calculation results show that each index of the structure meets the requirements of the code, and thestructure has good seismic performance which is safe and reliable.
