某综合体酒店超高层塔楼结构设计

摘要: 某综合体酒店为高度 150m 的超限高层结构,存在两项平面不规则及刚度突变一项竖向不规则. 针对平面不规则,对开洞楼板周边予以加强,补充两种不同程序计算复核;对设备夹层等层高较低的楼层,可采用二次结构与主体结构脱开处理,避免软弱层和薄弱层同时出现,同时对因刚度突变的薄弱层地震剪力放大 1. 25 倍,设置抗震性能化目标,补充小震弹性动力时程分析和大震动力弹塑性时程分析,使结构满足抗震性能目标要求. 对塔楼屋面支撑幕墙钢构架应考虑风载作用及鞭梢效应,并在整体建模中考虑钢构架与主体结构共同受力,保证钢构架具有足够的安全能力.

Structural design of a complex hotel super high⁃rise tower

Abstract: The complex hotel is an over⁃limited high⁃rise structure with a height of 150m. There are two plane irregularitiesand one vertical irregularity with sudden stiffness. In view of the plane irregularity, the periphery of the open floor slab wasstrengthened, and two different programs were added for calculation and review. For the floors with lower heights such asequipment mezzanine, the secondary structure can be separated from the main structure to avoid the simultaneousoccurrence of weak floors. At the same time, the seismic shear force of the weak floors due to the sudden change in stiffnesswas amplified by 1. 25 times, and the seismic performance target was set, the elastic⁃dynamic time⁃history analysis undersmall earthquakes and the elastic⁃plastic time⁃history analysis under large earthquakes were supplemented, so that thestructure has the established seismic performance. For the steel frame of the tower roof supporting the curtain wall, the windload and the whiplash effect should be considered, and the joint force of the steel frame and the main structure should beconsidered in the overall modeling to ensure that the steel frame has sufficient safety capability.
