苏州中信泰富办公楼超限高层结构设计

摘要: 介绍了苏州中信泰富办公楼超限高层结构设计. 通过基于性能的抗震设计,使结构能够满足相关规范要求. 中震作用下对墙肢拉应力进行验算,通过在核心筒四角设置型钢来分担超限的墙肢拉力. 采用 SAUSAG 软件对结构进行大震作用下动力弹塑性时程分析,并针对外框梁不闭合对结构抗震性能的影响进行分析,分析结果表明:构件的屈服顺序符合结构抗震工程的概念设计要求,结构具有良好的变形能力,能够实现预期的抗震性能目标. 外框梁角部不闭合对结构整体抗震性能影响较小,框架部分仍可发挥二道防线的作用.

Structural design of Citic Pacific super high⁃rise office in Suzhou

Abstract: The structural design of Citic Pacific super high⁃rise office in Suzhou was introduced. Through theperformance⁃based seismic design, the structure can meet the requirements of the code. The tensile stress of the wall limbwas checked under the action of moderate earthquake, and the tensile force of the wall limb was shared by setting sectionsteel at the four corners of the core tube. The dynamic elastic⁃plastic time⁃history analysis of the structure under largeearthquake was carried out by using SAUSAG software. The influence of the unclosed outer frame beam on the seismicperformance of the structure was analyzed. The analysis show that the yield sequence of the components meets theconceptual design requirements of the structural seismic engineering, and the structure has good deformation capacity andcan achieve the expected seismic performance target. The unclosed corner of the outer frame beam has little effect on theoverall seismic performance of the structure, and the frame part can still play the second line role of the defense.
