摘要: 苏州中南中心是采用巨型框架⁃核心筒⁃伸臂桁架结构体系的超高层建筑,原方案(建筑高度 729m,地下 5层)的桩基和地下连续墙已施工完毕,现调整为建筑高度 499. 15m、地下 6 层的方案. 该工程具有周边环境复杂、顺逆结合施工、需充分利用原有已施工桩基和地下连续墙等特点. 首先介绍了该工程地下室设计难点及其处理方法. 其次,对层数较多、深度较大的地下室楼板进行了稳定分析. 此外,结合超高层建筑地下室顶板受力复杂的特点,进行了塔楼水平力作用下地下室顶板应力分析. 计算结果表明,结构满足规范要求.

Study on structural design of basement in Suzhou Zhongnan Center

Abstract:Suzhou Zhongnan Center is a super high⁃rise building which adopts huge frame⁃core tube⁃outrigger truss system.Pile foundations and underground diaphragm walls of original scheme which was 729m building height and 5 floors ofbasement have been completed, but now it is modified to 499. 15m building height and 6 floors of basement. The project hasthe characteristics of complex surrounding environment, combination of down⁃top and top⁃down construction, andrequirement to make full use of original constructed pile foundations and underground diaphragm walls. Firstly, the designdifficulties of the basement of the project and its treatment methods were introduced. Secondly, the stability analysis of thebasement floor with more floors and great depth was carried out. In addition, combined with the complex stress of basement roof of super high⁃rise building, the stress analysis of basement roof under the action of tower horizontal force wasconducted. Computational results show that the structure meets the specification requirements.
