方钢管混凝土柱 ̄H 型钢梁外环板节点抗剪性能研究

摘要: 设计了 3 个方钢管混凝土柱 ̄H 型钢梁外环板节点试件,通过低周往复荷载试验,研究节点抗剪性能。 根据试验现象和结果对节点破坏形式、梁端荷载 ̄位移滞回曲线和骨架曲线进行分析。 结果表明试件全部发生核心区剪切破坏,主要特征为核心区钢管腹板撕裂,随着轴压比增加还出现了外环板与钢管柱焊缝断裂的现象。 分析轴压比对外环板节点抗剪性能的影响,发现轴压比的增加对试件的抗剪承载力、延性以及耗能能力基本没有影响,但会增加节点初始刚度,加剧节点的刚度退化。 根据 Nishiyama 和聂建国提出的节点承载力不同的计算方法,进行了理论值的计算,并与试验值进行了比较,结果表明极限承载力理论值吻合较好,屈曲承载力理论值偏于保守。

Shear performance study on external diaphragm joints of concrete ̄filled square steel tubecolumn ̄H steel beam

Abstract: Three external diaphragm joints specimens of concrete ̄filled square steel tube column ̄H steel beam weredesigned to study the shear performance of joint under cyclic loading. According to the test phenomenon and result, thefailure form of the joint, the load ̄displacement hysteresis curve and the skeleton curve at the end of the beam wereanalyzed. The results show that all the specimens had shear failure in the core area, and the main feature is the tearing ofthe steel tube web in the core area. With the increase of axial compression ratio, the phenomenon of weld fracture ofexternal diaphragm and steel column also appeared. The influence of the axial compression ratio on the shear performance ofthe external diaphragm joints was analyzed, and it is found that the increase of axial compression ratio has little effect on theshear capacity, ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the specimen, but it will increase the initial stiffness of the jointand aggravate the stiffness degradation of the joint. According to different calculation methods proposed by Nishiyama andNie Jianguo, the theoretical value had calculated and compared them with experimental values. The results show that thetheoretical value of ultimate bearing capacity is in good agreement, and the theoretical value of buckling bearing capacity isconservative.
