新型模块化单层铝合金网壳节点的弹塑性分析∗

摘要: 以新型模块化单层铝合金网壳节点的受力性能的试验实测数据为基础,探究该类新型模块化单层铝合金网壳节点的中心区加强环、模块化单元的底板厚度、中心区加强环的侧板厚度对节点抗弯承载力的影响规律。 运用 ABAQUS 软件对三种不同构造的新型模块化单层铝合金网壳节点进行了非线性有限元分析,对新型模块化单层铝合金网壳节点与传统板式节点的受力性能进行对比分析。 结果表明:与传统板式节点相比,新型模块化单层铝合金网壳节点的平面外抗弯承载力增幅可达 20%,中心区加强环的设置有效提高了新型模块化单层铝合金网壳节点的抗弯承载力,并使节点在屈曲后避免发生脆性破坏。

Elastic ̄plastic analysis of new modular single ̄layer aluminum alloy reticulated shell joints

Abstract: Based on the experimental and measured data of the mechanical performance of the new modular single ̄layeraluminum alloy reticulated shell joints, the influence of the reinforcing ring in the central area, the thickness of the bottomplate of the modular unit, and the thickness of the side plate of the reinforcing ring in the central area on the flexuralbearing capacity of the new modular single ̄layer aluminum alloy reticulated shell joints was explored. The nonlinear finiteelement analysis of three new modular single ̄layer aluminum alloy reticulated shell joints with different structures wascarried out, and the mechanical performance of the new modular single ̄layer aluminum alloy reticulated shell joints andtraditional plate joints were compared and analyzed by ABAQUS software. The results show that the out ̄of ̄plane flexuralbearing capacity of the new modular single ̄layer aluminum alloy reticulated shell joints can be increased by 20% comparedwith the traditional plate joint. The setting of the reinforcement ring in the central area effectively improves the flexuralbearing capacity of the new modular single ̄layer aluminum alloy reticulated shell joints, and prevents the joint from brittlefailure after buckling.
