摘要: 轻骨料混凝土内、外叶板间设置矩形桁架形成暗肋夹芯式预制混凝土外墙板。 通过四块该型墙板的受弯性能静载试验及数值模拟,研究暗肋夹芯式预制外墙板的内、外叶板厚度、暗肋设置状况对其在平面外荷载作用下的开裂状况、承载能力和变形性能的影响。 研究结果表明:增加墙板内、外叶板的厚度可以提高开裂荷载及极限承载能力;设置暗肋可提高墙板的整体刚度、开裂荷载及承载力,有效改善内、外叶墙板协同工作性能;在墙板水平、竖向同时设置暗肋时,墙板的受力性能改善效果更佳;数值模型较好地模拟了复合墙板的承载能力与变形性能,复合墙板的开裂荷载、承载力的理论计算值与试验值吻合良好,验证了理论计算方法的可行性。

Experimental study on the bending performance of concealed rib sandwich precastlightweight aggregate concrete external wallboard

Abstract: The rectangular truss is set between inner and outer slabs of lightweight aggregate concrete to form the concealedrib sandwich precast concrete external wallboard. Based on the static load test and numerical simulation of four wallboards,the influence on the thicknss of the inner and outer slabs and the setting of the concealed ribs on the cracking, bearingcapacity and deformation performance of concealed rib sandwich precast concrete external wallboard was studied. The resultsshow that the cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity can be improved by increasing the thickness on inner and outerslabs of wallboard. The overall stiffness, cracking load, bearing capacity of the wallboard and the cooperative workperformance on the inner and outer slabs can be improved by setting the concealed rib. When concealed ribs are set in bothhorizontal and vertical direction, the mechanical performance of the wallboard can be improved effectively. The numericalmodel can better simulate the bearing capacity and deformation performance of the composite wallboard. The calculatedvalues of cracking load and bearing capacity of composite wallboard are in good agreement with the test values, whichverifies the feasibility of the theoretical calculation method.
