地铁上盖超高层结构竖向振动台模型试验———工程背景与模型验证研究∗

摘要: 以广州某地铁上盖 120m 高超高层结构为研究对象,针对该项目存在上盖结构影响地铁隧道下沉问题和地铁振动影响住户舒适性的问题,对地铁运行引起的地表和地下 15m 深度的竖向振动源进行了实测,分析了地铁运行引起的该场地类别振源激励的频谱特征. 针对上盖结构地铁运行激励,提出了桩周减振降阻层、桩顶基础底板下部设置减振褥垫层及其上部橡胶支座竖向振动控制层三级振动衰减技术方案. 设计制作了考虑有、无振动控制层的无桩基础、0. 5m 桩基础、1. 0m 桩基础 6 组 1 ∶30 缩尺比弹性振动台试验模型,同步建立了相应的缩尺结构和原结构的有限元计算模型. 基于振动台试验白噪声测试、理论计算与数值分析结果,验证了弹性振动台试验模型设计的有效性,为后续深入分析提供依据.

Study on vertical shaking table model test of super high-rise structure over subway:engineering background and model verification

Abstract: Taking a 120m height super high-rise structure over the subway in Guangzhou as the research object, aiming atthe problems that structure over the subway affects the subway tunnel subsidence and the subway vibration affects theresidents′ comfort. The vertical vibration sources of surface and underground at a depth of 15m caused by subway runningwere measured, and the spectral characteristics of the excitation of the vibration sources on this field class caused bysubway running were analyzed. A three-stage vibration attenuation technology scheme of vibration damping and resistancereduction layer around pile, vibration reduction cushion layer at the bottom of pile top foundation and vertical vibrationcontrol layer of upper rubber bearing was put forward according to the subway operation excitation of upper cover structure.Six groups of 1 ∶30 scale elastic shaking table test models of pileless foundation, 0. 5m pile foundation, and 1. 0m pilefoundation with or without vibration control layer were designed and made. The finite element calculation models of thecorresponding scaled structure and the original structure were established simultaneously. Based on the white noise testresults of the shaking table test, theoretical calculation and numerical analysis results, the validity of the design of theelastic shaking table test model was verified, providing basis for further analysis.
