房屋检测鉴定中的若干问题及建议

摘 要

摘要: 基于检测鉴定的工程实践和经验,提出适当减少泵送混凝土抗压强度检测批抽样数量及测区数量、不考虑混凝土抗压强度老龄期折减修正系数的结论和建议,提出了适当减少砌筑砂浆抗压强度测位数量和增大测区面积的建议,对悬挑板提出了采用联合验收指标解决工程中虽满足各个单一指标但承载力较大下降的问题,最后提出了考虑结构损伤普查结果、依据裂缝宽度对承载力验算复核结果进行适当折减的结论和建议。 这些结论、建议和方法能解决实际工程问题,又具有较好的可操作性。

Problems and suggestions in building inspection and appraisal

Abstract: Based on the engineering practice and experience of inspection and appraisal, the conclusions and suggestions ofreducing the sampling number and the number of testing areas for the compressive strength of pumping concrete was putforward, and the reduction correction coefficient of the compressive strength of the aged concrete was not consided. Thesuggestions of reducing the number of measuring points of the compressive strength of masonry mortar and increasing thearea of the testing area and the joint acceptance index to solve the problem were put forward. The conclusion and suggestionthat the checking result of bearing capacity should be appropriately reduced according to the results of structural damagesurvey and crack width were put forward in the end. These conclusions, suggestions and methods not only have goodoperability, but also can solve practical engineering problems.
