基于 SAP2000 的钢筒仓设计方法与探究

摘要: 大型钢筒仓结构在复杂荷载作用下,其仓壁将承受较大的竖向荷载,当仓壁竖向压应力大于所能承受的临界应力时,钢筒仓就会发生失稳破坏。 以«钢筒仓技术规范» (GB 50884—2013)为依据,运用有限元软件 SAP2000对架空式锥底钢筒仓的 5 组不同壁厚模型进行计算分析,其中部分模型利用竖向短肋在筒仓底部形成加强区。 通过对不同模型中临界应力、竖向压应力、径向位移的分析比较,说明在钢筒仓结构中设置底部加强区,可以有效提高筒仓结构的稳定性能、降低钢筒仓的竖向压应力。 对钢筒仓结构模型的计算分析的结果表明,钢筒仓结构设计安全可靠,满足设计要求。

Design method and exploration of steel silo based on SAP2000

Abstract:The silo wall of large steel silo structure will bear a large vertical load under complex loads, when the verticalcompressive stress of the silo wall is greater than the critical stress can bear, the steel silo will occur instability failure.Based on Technical specification for steel silos ( GB 50884—2013), finite element software SAP2000 was adopted tocalculate and analyze five groups of different wall thickness models of overhead cone bottom steel silos, some of the modelsuse vertical short ribs to form a reinforcement area at the bottom of the silo. Through the analysis and comparison of criticalstress, vertical compressive stress and radial displacement of different models, it shows that the stability of the silo structurecan be effectively improved and the vertical compressive stress of the silo can be reduced by setting the bottom strengtheningzone. The calculation and analysis results of the steel silo structure model show that the design of the steel silo structure issafe, reliable, and can meet the design requirements.
