太原植物园大跨胶合木网壳木梁叠放连接节点刚度取值方法研究

摘要: 以太原植物园为工程背景,结构采用了胶合木网壳 ̄拉索新型结构体系,网壳采用双向叠放木梁,沿主向间隔两跨在上部木梁对应位置增设一根加强木梁,形成双向三层叠放木梁新型节点。 该新型节点采用钢销和高强螺钉进行连接,受力复杂,需要进行足尺节点试验。 根据受力特点分别设计了沿主向木梁加载和沿次向木梁加载试验方案,分别对节点进行了主、次向加载试验,得到节点抗剪承载力和位移关系曲线,结合主、次向加载节点破坏现象分析了节点受力特征。 结果表明沿主、次向加载节点延性较好,具有较大的延性变形能力。 进一步利用有限元软件 MIDAS 和试验结果数据计算得到节点的剪切刚度。

Research on the stiffness value method of the stacked connection joints of large ̄span glued laminated

timber reticulated shell wood beams in Taiyuan Botanical Garden

Abstract: Taking the Taiyuan Botanical Garden as the engineering background, the structure adopts a new structuralsystem of glued laminated timber reticulated shell ̄cable. The reticulated shell adopts two ̄way stacked wood beams, and areinforced wood beam is added at the corresponding position of the upper wood beam at two spans along the main directionto form a new type of two ̄way three ̄layer stacked wood beam joint. The new type of joint is connected by steel pins andhigh ̄strength screws, and the force is complex, so a full ̄scale joint test is required. According to the force characteristics,the loading test schemes of the wood beam along the primary direction and the wood beam along the secondary directionwere designed respectively. The primary and secondary loading tests were carried out on the joints respectively, and theshear bearing capacity and displacement curve of the joints were obtained. Combined with the failure phenomenon of thejoint along the primary and secondary loading joints, the force characteristics of the joints were analyzed. The results showthat the ductility of the joint along the primary and secondary loading joints is better, and has great ductility deformationability. Furthermore, the shear stiffness of the joint was calculated by using the finite element software MIDAS and the testdata.
