太原植物园大跨胶合木网壳销轴 ̄钢插板支座节点受力性能试验研究

摘要: 基于太原植物园大跨度胶合木网壳结构工程案例,针对支座处用于连接胶合木杆件与基础的销轴 ̄钢插板节点,进行了两个单调加载及一个往复加载的抗弯试验,得到了节点的荷载 ̄位移曲线及滞回曲线,给出了节点的转动刚度及承载力,并给出了节点的典型破坏模式。 试验结果表明:节点抗弯承载力相当于胶合木构件抗弯承载力的 24. 4%,具有半刚性特征,在结构设计中应当予以考虑;同时,节点破坏模式表现为延性,滞回性能良好。 最后,通过试验结果计算得到节点的转动刚度,并与设计进行对比,验证了设计的安全性。

Experimental study on the mechanical performance of the large ̄span glued laminated timberreticulated shell pin ̄steel plate bearing joint in Taiyuan Botanical Garden

Abstract: Based on the large ̄span glued laminated timber reticulated shell structure engineering case of Taiyuan BotanicalGarden, two monotonic loading and one reciprocating loading bending tests were carried out for the pin ̄steel plate jointsused to connect the glulam rods and the foundation at the support. The load ̄displacement curves and hysteretic curves of thejoints were obtained. The rotational stiffness and bearing capacity of the joints were given, and the typical failure modes ofthe joints were also given. The experimental results show that the flexural capacity of the joint is equivalent to 24. 4% of theflexural capacity of the glulam member, and it has semi ̄rigid characteristics, which should be considered in the structuraldesign. At the same time, the joint failure mode is ductile and has good hysteretic performance. Finally, the rotationalstiffness of the joint was obtained by calculation of the test results, and compared with the design, the safety of the designwas verified.
