小径木组合墙骨剪力墙力学性能试验研究∗

摘 要

摘要: 提出一种机械连接小径木组合墙骨,并通过试验验证其用于轻型木框架剪力墙的可行性. 进行了 24 片东北落叶松小径木组合墙骨剪力墙的抗侧性能试验,包括 12 片单调加载试验及 12 片低周往复加载试验,考查了小径木组合墙骨剪力墙的破坏模式、抗剪强度、割线刚度、极限位移、延性、抗力衰减系数等指标,并探究端墙骨及覆面板用材种类对墙体性能的影响. 试验发现:小径木组合墙骨可部分替代规格材用于木骨架剪力墙中,并获得总体上相近的抗侧承载能力;端墙骨选用规格材或小径木组合墙骨所致整体性能差异较小;覆面板材料选取及布置方式对抗侧性能影响显著,双侧布置 OSB 板墙体承载力显著高于一侧布置石膏板、一侧布置 OSB 板墙体以及单侧布置 OSB 板墙体.

Experimental study on mechanical performance of small-diameter wood composite wall studs shear walls

Abstract: A small-diameter wood composite wall studs shear wall with mechanical connection was explored, andinvestigated through experiments to verify the feasibility of its use in light wood-frame shear walls. Lateral resistanceperformance test of 24 pieces were conducted on Northeast Larch small-diameter wood composite wall studs shear walls,including 12-piece of monotonic loading test and 12-piece low-cycle reciprocating load test. The failure mode, shearstrength, secant stiffness, ultimate displacement, ductility, resistance attenuation coefficient and other indicators ofsmall-diameter wood composite wall studs shear walls were examined, and the influence of the types of end wall studs andcladding panels on the wall performance was explored. The experiment revealed that: small-diameter wood composite wallstuds can be used in wood-frame shear walls as part of the standard timber, and a similar lateral resistance bearing capacitycan be obtained in general; the overall performance difference caused by the selection of standard timber or small-diameterwood composite wall studs for the end studs is small; the selection and layout of the cladding panel material has asignificant impact on the lateral resistance performance, the bearing capacity of the double-sided OSB board wall issignificantly higher than that of the one-sided gypsum board, the one-sided OSB board wall and the single-sided OSB boardwall.
