阻燃涂料处理三面受火锯材木梁耐火极限的试验研究∗

摘要: 中国传统建筑多为木结构,而木结构火灾隐患较大,因此对传统木结构的耐火性能提升技术研究迫在眉睫. 为此,选取市场上常见的适用于古建筑木结构的透明水性阻燃涂料,通过 6 根锯材木梁三面受火耐火极限的对比试验,研究阻燃涂料对不同截面尺寸锯材木梁耐火性能的提升效果. 研究结果表明,锯材木梁截面尺寸由100mm×200mm 增大至 200mm×400mm 时,耐火极限提高 95. 1% ~ 107. 8%,平均提高 102. 0%;经阻燃涂料处理后,锯材木梁的耐火极限提高约 10min;随着受火时间延长,越靠近试件边缘部位的温度升高越快;阻燃涂料处理试件内部温度升高速度明显小于对应未作处理的试件.

Experimental study on fire endurance of sawn timber beams treated with fire retardant coating exposed to three-side fire

Abstract: Most of traditional buildings in China are made of timber structures, which exhibit large fire risk. So it is urgentto study the fire performance improvement technology of traditional timber structures. For this reason, a transparentwater-borne fire-retardant coating commonly seen in the market and suitable for ancient building timber structures wasselected. Its improvement of fire retardant coating on the fire performance of sawn timber beams with different cross-sectionsizes was studied through the comparative tests on fire endurance of 6 sawn timber beams exposed to three-side fire. Theresults show that when the cross-section size of sawn timber beam increases from 100mm×200mm to 200mm×400mm, theirfire resistance increases by 95. 1% ~ 107. 8%, with an average increase of 102. 0%; after being treated with fire retardantcoating, the fire resistance of sawn timber beam increases by about 10 min; with the extension of fire duration, thetemperature near the edge of the specimen increases faster; the internal temperature of the specimen treated with fireretardant coating increases slower than that of the untreated specimens.
