超声检测钢板剪力墙空洞缺陷的综合分析与判断∗

摘要: 为解决超声波检测钢板剪力墙空洞缺陷判断准确性的问题,在现有《 超声法检测混凝土技术规程》 ( CECS21 ∶2000)中概率法 判 断 钢 管 混 凝 土 缺 陷 的 基 础 上,采 用 超 声 对 测 法 通 过 KON-NM-4A 非 金 属 超 声 波 检 测 仪 和50kHz 超声波换能器,对钢板剪力墙空洞缺陷进行检测. 并采用概率法、波列、波形、频谱分析及空洞尺寸估算法从不同角度分析判断钢板剪力墙内空洞缺陷的位置、尺寸,最后尝试通过软件 Surfer 将概率法分析的缺陷位置直观表示. 结果表明,采用概率法可以判断截面尺寸大于 90mm× 90mm 空洞缺陷的位置;采用波形分析法可以补充判断截面尺寸不小于 60mm×60mm 空洞缺陷的位置;采用 Surfer 软件可以对概率法分析结果直观显示.

Comprehensive analysis and judgment of hole defects in steel plate shear wall with ultrasonic testing

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the judgment accuracy of cavity defects of steel shear wall by ultrasonicdetection, based on the probability method in the existing Technical specification for inspection of concrete defects byultrasonic method(CECS 21 ∶2000) to determine the defects of concrete-filled steel tube. Ultrasonic testing method was usedto detect the cavity defects of the steel plate shear wall through the KON-NM-4A non-metal ultrasonic detector and 50kHzultrasonic transducer. Probability method, wave train, waveform, frequency spectrum analysis, and cavity size estimationmethods were used to analyze and judge the location and size of cavity defects in steel plate shear wall from different angles.Finally, the software Surfer was used to visually indicate the position of the defect analyzed by the probability method. Theresults show that the position of cavity defect with cross-section size greater than 90mm×90mm can be judged by probabilitymethod, and it can be added to judge the position of cavity defect with cross-section size not less than 60mm × 60mm bywaveform analysis method. The analysis results of the probability method could be visually displayed by software Surfer.
