弧面对压法检测混凝土抗压强度技术研究

摘要: 针对混凝土抗压强度检测,提出了一种弧面对压法检测技术. 在混凝土立方体试块中钻取直径 38mm 的微小芯样作为弧面对压试件,采用自行研制的弧面对压仪在试件的两个相对弧形侧面施加压力,测得试件破型时弧面对压力值,并计算得到弧面对压试件破型时的应力值. 同时测试同批浇筑成型的混凝土标准立方体试块抗压强度值. 根据 7 种不同混凝土强度的 203 组试验数据,建立了弧面对压试件应力与混凝土抗压强度间的相关关系,依据最小二乘法原理进行回归,拟合得到弧面对压法测强曲线. 给出弧面对压法检测技术的试验方法和操作要点. 最后,在实体剪力墙结构构件上钻取试件,进行了弧面对压法与钻芯法测试结果对比. 结果表明,弧面对压法测强曲线具有较高的精度. 弧面对压法检测技术适用于混凝土强度等级 C20 ~ C70 密集配筋现浇结构构件与装配式结构构件混凝土抗压强度检测.

Research on technology of detecting concrete compressive strength inspection byopposite arc surface compression method

Abstract: Aiming at the detection of concrete compressive strength, an opposite arc surface compression method detectiontechnology was proposed. A micro core sample with diameter of 38mm was drilled from concrete cube as the specimen of theopposite arc surface compression, and the self-developed opposite arc surface compression gauge was used to apply pressureon the two opposite arc sides of the specimen. Opposite arc surface compression value was measured when the specimen isbroken, and the stress value was obtained by calculation when the specimen of the opposite arc surface compression isbroken. Simultaneously, the compressive strength value of the standard cubic block of concrete poured in the same batchwas measured. The relationship between the stress value of the arc surface compression specimens and the compressivestrength of concrete was established by using 203 sets of experiment data on concretes with 7 different strengths. Theopposite arc surface compression strength curve was regressed by the least square method. The test methods and operationalguidelines of the opposite arc surface compression method detection technique were given. Finally, the specimens weredrilled on the structural member of the solid shear wall, and the test results of the opposite arc surface compression methodand the core drilling method were compared. The results show that opposite arc surface compression strength curve has ahigh accuracy. The opposite arc surface compression method detection technique can be used for the quality inspection ofconcrete strength C20 ~ C70 of densely reinforced cast-in-place structural elements and prefabricated buildings.
