摘要: 以预拌混凝土企业生产的普通 C50 混凝土相关数据为基础,采用正交设计方法研究单方胶凝材料用量、砂率、机制砂与天然砂比例、粉煤灰与矿渣粉比例 4 个因素对自密实混凝土的强度和自密实性能的影响和变化规律.研究结果表明,机制砂的掺入对混凝土的自密实性能有不利影响;在水胶比不变的前提下,单方胶凝材料用量的增加对混凝土抗压强度、自密实性能均有积极影响;筛选出了满足施工技术参数要求的因素组合.

Design and application of C50 self-compacting concrete with machine-made sand

Abstract: Based on the data related to ordinary C50 concrete produced by ready-mixed concrete enterprises, the orthogonaldesign method was used to study the influence and change law of the four factors of the amount of unilateral cementitiousmaterial dosage, sand ratio, ratio of machine-made sand to natural sand, and ratio of fly ash to slag powder on the strengthand self-compacting performance of self-compacting concrete. The research results show that the incorporation ofmachine-made sand has an adverse effect on the self-compacting performance of concrete; under the premise that thewater-binder ratio remains unchanged, the increase in the amount of unilateral cementitious material has a positive effect onthe compressive strength and self-compacting performance of concrete; and the combination of factors that meet therequirements of construction technical parameters was filtered out.
