北京世纪城市项目三塔连体结构设计

摘要: 北京世纪城市项目办公楼具有新颖独特的建筑立面造型、多塔楼组合的建筑平面布局,且对大堂和地面空间效果的要求较高,这给结构设计工作带来诸多挑战。 全面地介绍了办公楼建筑设计特点、三塔楼连体结构的设计思路、整体结构及单体结构的动力特性、连接体结构的加强措施、结构抗震性能化设计目标、造型分叉柱节点设计、六层挑空大堂转换桁架设计以及参数化技术在复杂结构构件设计及专业间协调配合中的应用。 此外,对整体结构在多遇地震作用下弹性分析结果及在罕遇地震作用下弹塑性分析结果进行了介绍,各项分析结果均满足规范、抗震性能目标以及超限审查要求,整体结构安全可靠,经济合理。

Structural design on three ̄tower connected structure of Beijing Century City project

Abstract: Office building of Beijing Century City project has novel and unique architectural facade modeling, theconnected multitower plan layout, and the high demand on the lobby and ground space quality, which brought manychallenges to the structural design. The architectural design features of the office tower, structure scheme of three ̄towerconnected structure, dynamic characteristics of whole structure and single structure, strengthening measures of connectingstructure,structural seismic performance design objectives,design of six ̄story empty lobby conversion truss, and how tofinish the design and coordination of such a complex structure using the parametric design technology were introduced. Inaddition, elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes and elastic ̄plastic analysis under rare earthquakes were carried out.All the analysis results meet the requirements of specifications and out ̄of ̄code review, thus the overall structure is safe,reliable, economical and reasonable.
