大吨位混凝土柱加固技术研究及应用

摘 要

摘要: 对于须进行加固的大吨位混凝土柱,当该多层框架结构仅下部框架柱局部混凝土强度明显低于设计要求时,采用外贴型钢-混凝土置换组合加固技术,可以避免上部质量合格的结构拆除重建,从而减小对工程的不利影响,同时可以降低加固成本以及缩短工期. 该技术通过外包型钢将上部荷载传递至下部结构,钢板中预留空间,通过制定合适的置换施工顺序将缺陷混凝土进行置换,严格控制施工阶段的混凝土柱内部应力,取得了良好的加固效果. 结合某加固工程实例,介绍了此组合加固方法的施工流程,并且对施工过程进行了 ABAQUS 有限元模拟分析,证明了此技术的安全可靠性,供类似混凝土结构加固改造设计和施工参考.

Research and application of reinforcement technology for large tonnage concrete column

Abstract:For large tonnage concrete column which shall be reinforced, when only local strength of concrete frame columnof the lower part of the multilayer frame structure significantly lower than the design requirements, the combinedreinforcement technology of sticking steel-concrete displacement can avoid the demolition and reconstruction of the upperstructure with qualified quality, so as to reduce the adverse impact on the project, and reduce the reinforcement cost andshorten the construction period. In this technology, the upper load is transferred to the substructure through the outersection steel, the space in the steel plate is reserved, and the defective concrete is replaced by the proper replacementconstruction sequence. The internal stress of the concrete column in the construction stage is strictly controlled, and goodreinforcement effect is achieved. Combined with a reinforcement engineering example, the construction process of thismethod was introduced, and the ABAQUS finite element simulation analysis of the construction process was carried out,which proves the safety and reliability of this technology, and can be used as a reference for the reinforcement design andconstruction of similar concrete structures.
