复杂多塔连体高层结构受力特点和设计思路

摘要: 近年来,随着建筑专业需求的增加,多塔连体高层结构越来越多,在特定条件下,强连体结构是必须选择的连体结构形式. 对于复杂多塔强连体结构,刚度是选择连体结构形式的根本依据,包括单体结构的刚度、连接体结构的刚度以及整体结构的刚度. 结构设计应根据刚度的需求选择合适的连体部位、连接体结构类型和连接方式,不应盲目追求提高刚度. 分析了连体高层结构的受力特点,提出连体高层结构设计的关键问题和设计思路,并以一个四塔高位连体实际工程为例,从整体结构布置、连接体设计、连接体与塔楼连接的复杂节点设计、抗震性能化设计、结构全生命周期分析等多方面总结复杂多塔连体高层结构设计的技术难点和设计对策.

Force characteristics and design ideas of complex multi-tower connected high-rise structures

Abstract: In recent years, leading by architect,the demand of multi-tower connected high-rise structures is increasing,under certain conditions, the strong conjoined structure is the conjoined structure form that must be chosen. For thecomplex multi-towe strong conjoined structures, the stiffness is the fundamental condition for selecting the type ofconnecting structure. The stiffness includes the stiffness of the single structure, the stiffness of the connecting structure andthe stiffness of the whole structure. The structural design should choose the appropriate conjoined parts, connectingstructure type and connection mode, according to the requirement of stiffness,and should not blindly seek to improve thestiffness. The mechanical characteristics of the connected high-rise structure were analyzed, and the key problems anddesign ideas of the connected high-rise structure design were proposed, and the technical difficulties and designcountermeasures of complex multi-tower conjoined high-rise structure design were summarized from various aspects such asoverall structure arrangement, connecting structure design, complex joint design of connecting structure and towerconnection, seismic performance-based design, and structural whole life cycle analysis by taking a four-tower high-riseconjoined actual project as an example.
