减震技术在优秀近代建筑更新中的应用研究

摘要: 近代优秀建筑出于保护的要求,结构加固方法受到诸多制约,随着时间流逝,材料强度等也逐渐劣化,随着科技水平的不断发展,结构构造要求也不断提高,因此此类建筑往往不能满足现有的抗震设防要求. 结合某优秀历史建筑修缮加固项目,介绍了采用壁式黏弹性阻尼器加固的设计方法,极大地减少了对主体结构的干预;基于底部剪力法提出了对阻尼器参数进行优化的简化方法,根据不同地震水准下结构变形控制目标,可较为便捷地确定阻尼器型号,并通过时程分析法对结构的抗震性能进行了验证. 分析结果表明:壁式黏弹性阻尼器有效提高了主体结构的刚度和附加阻尼,提高了结构的整体抗震性能. 该方法布置灵活,对建筑本体干预小、过程可逆,可作为近代建筑抗震加固的有效方式之一.

Study on energy dissipation technology applied to renovation of excellent historical buildings

Abstract: Due to the protection requirements of historical excellent buildings, the structural reinforcement methods aresubject to many constraints. As time goes by, the strength of materials gradually deteriorate, and the requirement ofconstruction details becoming more and more strong with the continuous development of science and technology, thehistorical building usually cannot meet the current structural seismic fortification. Based on the renovation and reinforcementproject of an excellent historical building, the design method of wall-type total response control damper reinforcement wasintroduced, which greatly reduces the intervention on the main structure; based on the bottom shear method, a simplifiedmethod for optimizing the damper parameters was proposed. According to the structural deformation control objectives underdifferent earthquake levels, the type of damper can be determined more conveniently, and the seismic performance of thestructure was verified by time-history analysis. The analysis results show that the wall-type total response control dampercan effectively improve the stiffness and additional damping of the main structure, and improve the overall seismicperformance of the structure. The method has flexible layout, little intervention on the building itself, and the process isreversible, which can be used as one of the effective methods for seismic reinforcement of modern buildings.
