联想后海大厦超高层建筑后注浆灌注桩设计

摘要: 联想后海大厦位于深圳后海中心区,两栋塔楼在高区悬挑转换,均采用框架-核心筒( 带高位转换) 结构体系,对基础沉降极为敏感. 项目所在场地基岩面较深,大部分区域中风化岩埋深超过 120m,超高层建筑采用嵌岩桩施工困难. 项目结合后海地区其他项目经验,最终选用桩端及桩侧均后注浆的灌注桩技术,以强风化岩为桩基础持力层. 通过在承压及抗拔试验桩上对应位置设置压力应变片,静载试验分级加载时同步读取应变数据并推算不同桩身处的应力,分析后海地区桩侧不同土层及桩端持力层在后注浆施工工艺下对应的土层后注浆增强系数与规范建议值的差异,最终确定后注浆端阻及侧阻参数,优化了承压及抗拔桩,节约造价并缩短工期.

Design of post-grouting piles for super high-rise building of Lenovo Houhai Building

Abstract:Lenovo Houhai Building is located in the central area of Houhai, Shenzhen. The two towers extend and transferin the high area, and both of them adopt the frame-core tube with high level transfer structure system, which is extremelysensitive to the foundation settlement. The bedrock surface of the project site is deep, and the buried depth of moderatelyweathered rock in most areas is more than 120m. Under such situation, it is extremely difficult to adopt rock-socketed pilesfor super high-rise building. Combined with the experience of other projects in Houhai area, the project finally selects thecast-in-place pile technology of post grouting at the pile end and pile side, and take the moderately weathered rock as thepile foundation bearing stratum. By setting pressure strain gauges on the corresponding positions of the bearing and uplifttest piles, synchronously reading the strain stress data and calculating the stresses of different piles during the static loadtest stage loading, the difference between the corresponding soil layer post grouting actual improvement coefficients and therecommended values in the code under the post grouting construction technology of different soil layers at the pile side andalso pile end bearing layers in Houhai area was analyzed. Finally, the post grouting end resistance and side resistanceparameters were determined, the bearing and uplift piles were optimized, the cost was saved and the construction periodwas shortened.
