冲压成型过程对焊接空心球节点力学性能影响研究

摘要: 焊接空心球节点在制作和焊接过程中,会引起壁厚减薄率和焊接残余应力等初始缺陷,从而导致节点的力学性能的明显变化. 采用有限元数值模拟方法,研究了焊接空心球节点制作和焊接过程中,壁厚减薄率和焊接残余应力的形成机理,研究了其对焊接空心球节点极限承载力的影响规律,发现壁厚减薄率和焊接残余应力对节点力学性能有较为显著的影响,建议在今后设计时适当考虑.

Study on influence of stamping and forming process on mechanical properties of welded hollow spherical joints

Abstract: In the manufacture and welding process of welded hollow spherical joints (WHSJs), initial imperfection such aswall thickness reduction and welded residual stress will be caused, which will lead to obvious changes in mechanicalproperties of joints. The formation mechanism and influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of wall thickness reduction andwelded residual stress caused by manufacture and welding process of WHSJs was studied by using the finite element analysismethod. The results show that the wall thickness reduction and welded residual stress have significant effects on themechanical properties of WHSJs, which should be considered properly in the future design.Keywords: welded hollow spherical joint; stamping process; residual stress; wall thickness reduction; ultimatebearing capacity
