摘要: 通过对某酒店钢结构工程整体坍塌事故案例开展调查与分析发现,其坍塌是由于加夹层改建后结构自重明显增加,导致节点区柱端在主轴平面内的压弯承载力不足,柱中出现塑性损伤,H 型钢柱节点区受压翼缘局部屈曲引起失稳破坏;钢柱设计选型不合理是造成其失稳破坏的主因,且未设置柱间支撑,施工上钢梁与钢柱连接处上下翼缘未焊接或焊接质量差导致刚接变成铰接,从而造成结构成为排架结构或局部排架结构,结构整体稳定性差,其结构体系存在严重缺陷,最终钢柱失稳破坏引起结构整体瞬间坍塌.

Technical analysis on overall collapse cause of a steel structure project

Abstract: Through the investigation and analysis of the overall collapse accident of a steel structure project in a hotel, itwas found that the reason for its collapse is that the self-weight of the structure increased significantly after thereconstruction of mezzanine. As a result, the flexural bearing capacity of the column end in the joint zone was insufficient inthe spindle plane, plastic damage appeared in the column, and the local buckling of the compression flange in the jointzone of H-shaped steel column caused instability failure. The irrational design and selection of steel column shape was themain cause of its instability failure, and the braces were not set up to support. In the construction, upper and lower flangesof steel beam at its connection joint with steel column were not welded or welded in poor welding quality, changing rigidconnection into hinged joint. This resulted in the structure becoming a frame-bent structure or partial frame-bent structurewith poor overall stability and serious defects in the structural system. This would lead to the instability damage of steelcolumn to cause the whole structure to collapse instantly.
