南京江北新区某超高层办公楼结构设计

摘要: 南京江北新区某超高层办公楼塔楼采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系. 项目平面较规则,竖向刚度和承载力无明显突变,是具有扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、局部不规则多项不规则的超限混合结构. 结合抗震设防类别和烈度、结构类型和高度等因素,设计时基于不同性能水准制定不同的抗震性能目标,分析了结构整体受力情况及分叉柱等关键构件和连接节点设计. 分析结果表明,塔楼整体结构安全可靠、经济合理,各关键构件和连接节点能够满足设计要求.

Structural design of a super high-rise office building in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area

Abstract: The tower building of a super high-rise office building in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area adopts steel reinforcedconcrete frame-reinforced concrete core-wall structural system. The plane of the project is relatively regular, and there is noobvious mutation in the vertical stiffness and bearing capacity. Meanwhile, it is an out-of-code mixed structure with severalirregular items, such as torsional irregularity, concave convex irregularity and local irregularity. Combined with the factorssuch as seismic fortification category and intensity, structure system and height, different seismic performance objectiveswere formulated based on different performance levels during design. The overall stress condition of the structure wereanalyzed and the key components and jointing nodes such as bifurcated columns were designed. The analysis results showthat the overall structure of tower building is safe, reliable, economical and reasonable, and each key component andjointing node can meet the design requirements.
