珠海某超高层办公楼结构选型及设计

摘要: 本工程属于超高层建筑,基于概念设计理念,根据抗震原则及建筑特点,对比分析了几种结构方案的抗侧刚度效率及工程经济性指标,最终选取了不带加强层的型钢混凝土柱钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒的结构体系. 抗震设计中采用性能化设计方法,采用多种软件对结构进行弹性、弹塑性计算,并根据计算结果对关键和重要构件的抗震性能进行了验算. 结果表明,结构各项指标均满足规范要求,结构受力合理,整个体系具有良好的抗震性能和有效的耗能机制.

Structural scheme and design of a super high-rise office building in Zhuhai

Abstract:This project is a super high-rise building. Based on the concept of design, according to the seismic principle andbuilding characteristics, the lateral stiffness efficiency and engineering economic index of several structural schemes werecompared and analyzed. Finally, the structural system of steel reinforced concrete frame-core tube without strengtheningstory was adopted. The performance design method was adopted in the seismic design, and a variety of software was used tocalculate the elasticity and elastic-plastic of the structure, and the seismic performance of the key and important componentswas checked according to the calculation results. The results show the indexes of the structure meet the requirements of thecode, and the structural design is reasonable. The whole system has good seismic performance and effective energydissipation mechanism.
