中信城市广场三期 B 地块办公楼超高层结构设计关键问题分析

摘 要

摘要: 中信城市广场三期 B 地块办公楼主塔采用密柱框架-核心筒+环带桁架混合结构体系,分析了楼板和外框柱剪力传递及斜柱引起水平力对整体结构的影响、环带桁架加强层的传力机理、抽柱转换节点和分叉柱节点受力.当楼板刚度分别取 100%弹性刚度、50%弹性刚度、25%弹性刚度和刚性楼板时,分别验证了结构小震弹性、中震不屈服、大震不屈服的扭转承载力,对于此外框柱螺旋布置形式,应增强结构的抗扭转承载力;分叉斜柱的倾斜角度控制在 10°范围以内较合适且采用型钢混凝土节点设计.

Abstract: Office building main tower on Block B in CITIC City Plaza Phase Ⅲ adopts a dense column frame-core tube +ring belt truss hybrid structure system. The influence of the horizontal force caused by the shear force transmission of thefloor and the outer frame column and the inclined column on the overall structure, the force transmission mechanism of theringbelt truss reinforced layer, the drawn column transfer node and the bifurcated column node were analyzed. When thefloor stiffness is 100% elastic stiffness, 50% elastic stiffness, 25% elastic stiffness and rigid floor were used, the torsionalbearing capacity of the structure for frequently earthquakes, medium earthquakes and rarely earthquakes were verifiedrespectively. For the spiral arrangement of outer frame columns, the structural torsional bearing capacity should bestrengthened. It is more appropriate to control the inclination angle of the bifurcated inclined column within the range of 10°and adopt the steel concrete joint design.
