日本建筑结构技术者协会性能设计与性能选单回顾及展望

摘要: 主要介绍 JSCA 性能设计部会从 1997 年创始至 2010 年为止的研究成果之一性能选单手册,以及之后展开的性能设计相关的研究和课题. JSCA 性能设计和性能选单的内容包括:明确性能需求,设定目标性能,评价性能,表达设计性能. 性能选单中划分了不同的性能等级,以建筑基准法的规定作为建筑所需的最低限性能等级(标准级),在此之上设定更高的性能等级(高级、特级). 通过本文可以系统了解 JSCA 性能设计的演变过程.

JSCA target performance and performance menu system outline and issues

Abstract: The Performance Menu Handbook, one of the research results of the JSCA Performance-based Design Committeefrom its inception in 1997 to 2010, and the research and topics related to performance-based design that have beendeveloped since then were introduced. The contents of JSCA target performance and performance menu include clarifyingperformance requirements, setting target performance, evaluating performance, and expressing design performance.Different performance levels are divided in the performance menu, and the regulations of the Building Standard Law areused as the minimum performance level (base level) required by the building, and a higher performance level (advanced,special level) is set above this. Through this article, the evolution process of JSCA performance-based design and absorbits essence can be systematically understood.
