大型体育场馆拆除建筑垃圾零排放技术研究

摘要: 对以北京工人体育场为代表的大型体育场馆拆除施工方案进行研究,浅谈了关于我国现阶段体育场馆拆除的方案选型及施工工艺;基于待拆除主体结构各部位混凝土强度与配楼结构形式分析,提出了基于分类处置与再利用的建筑垃圾零排放技术路线,基于砖瓦类垃圾高混杂特性采用了精细化分选功能化利用技术,针对不同强度混凝土类垃圾采用分级处置高值化利用技术,实现分类处置的经济效益最优化;对建筑垃圾分类再利用技术进行了研究,包括砖瓦类再生骨料技术、流态回填材料的技术、再生混凝土制品的产品开发技术、再生道路材料的开发技术等,其中预拌流态固化应用于工体肥槽回填,再生混凝土用于工体预制构件看台板、市政砖等,实现了建筑垃圾循环利用.

Research on zero emission technology of demolition construction waste of large stadium

Abstract: The demolition construction scheme of large stadium represented by Beijing Workers Stadium was studied. Theselection and construction technology of the demolition of stadium in China at the present stage were discussed. Based onthe analysis of the concrete strength of each part of main structure to be dismantled and the structure form of annexbuilding,the zero emission technology route of construction waste was proposed based on classified disposal and reuse. Fineseparation and functional utilization technology was adopted based on high hybrid characteristics of brick and tile waste.According to concrete garbage of different strengths, the high value utilization technology of classification disposal was usedto optimize the economic benefit of classified disposal. The construction waste classification and reuse technologies such asbrick and tile recycled aggregate technology, flow backfill material technology, recycled concrete products developmenttechnology, recycled road materials development technology were studied. The construction waste recycling was realized byusing the pre-mixed flow curing in fertilizer trough backfilling of stadium and using recycled concrete in statium table boardof prefabricated components and municipal bricks.
