摘要: 在北京工人体育场改造工程中对历史记忆构件进行保护及原貌复现. 利用三维激光扫描技术对外侧九座雕塑进行数字建模,包括扫描环境处理、布站选点、外业扫描、点云数据拼接. 介绍了外墙窗花保护性拆除、三维激光扫描及 3D 打印原貌复现的工程实践细节. 实践经验表明:三维激光扫描技术生成的数字模型准确性较高,3D打印技术在制作复杂的结构构件上具有较强的实用性,二者结合可以用于保护和复现历史记忆构件.

Protection, removal and restoration of historical memory components of Beijing Workers Stadium

Abstract: During the renovation project of Beijing Workers Stadium, protection and restoration the original appearancerestoration of historical memory components were carried out. The 3D laser scanning technology was used to make a modelof the nine sculptures on the outside,including scanning environment processing, site selection, field scanning, point clouddata splicing. The practical details of protective removal of the window grilles on the exterior wall, 3D laser scanning and 3D printing of the original appearance were introduced. Practical experience shows that the digital model generated by 3Dlaser scanning technology has high accuracy, and 3D printing technology has strong practicability in making complexstructural components. Combination of the two technologies can be used to the protection and restoration of the historicalmemory construction.
