锈蚀 T 形 RC 剪力墙数值模拟方法研究

摘要: T 形钢筋混凝土(RC)剪力墙具有良好的抗侧性能,被广泛应用于高层建筑结构中. 在氯离子侵蚀环境下,随着服役龄期增长,RC 剪力墙内部钢筋将发生锈蚀,从而引起结构力学及抗震性能发生不同程度劣化. 因此,有必要研究钢筋锈蚀对 T 形 RC 剪力墙抗震性能的影响. 采用恒电流-干湿循环的电化学加速锈蚀技术,对 3 榀 T 形RC 剪力墙试件进行加速锈蚀试验,进而进行拟静力试验,得到各试件的滞回曲线;基于既有研究成果对混凝土本构、钢筋本构和粘结滑移本构模型进行考虑锈蚀的修正,采用 OpenSees 纤维单元建立了锈蚀 T 形 RC 剪力墙构件的数值分析模型. 对不同锈蚀程度下 T 形 RC 剪力墙构件的试验结果进行验证,结果表明:建立的锈蚀 RC 剪力墙宏观恢复力模型能较为准确地模拟锈蚀 T 形 RC 剪力墙结构的力学性能及抗震性能,可为该类结构的抗震性能评估提供理论参考.

Study on numerical simulation method of corroded T-shaped RC shear wall

Abstract: T-shaped reinforced concrete (RC) shear walls have good lateral resistance and are widely used in high-risebuilding structures. In the environment of chloride ion corrosion, with the increase of service age, the internal steel bar ofRC shear wall will be corroded, which will cause the structural mechanics and seismic performance to deteriorate to varyingdegrees. Therefore, it is necessary to study the influence of steel corrosion on the seismic performance of T-shaped RCshear walls. The electrochemical accelerated corrosion technology of constant current-dry-wet cycle was used to conductaccelerated corrosion tests on 3 T-shaped RC shear wall specimens, and then pseudo-static tests were conducted to obtainhysteretic curves of each specimen; based on the existing research results, the constitutive models of concrete, steel barand bond-slip were modified considering corrosion. The numerical analysis model of corroded T-shaped RC shear wallmembers was established by using OpenSees fiber element. The test results of T-shaped RC shear wall members underdifferent corrosion degrees were verified. The results show that the established macro resilience force model of corroded RCshear wall can accurately simulate the mechanical properties and seismic performance of corroded T-shaped RC shear wallstructures, which can provide a theoretical reference for the evaluation of the seismic performance of this type of structure.
