海口雨林之心超限高层观光塔结构设计

摘要: 海口雨林之心观光塔采用钢结构筒中筒结构体系,结构外筒为空间异形自由曲面,采用与空间结构类似的单层菱形网壳结构,内筒采用框架结构;三个塔楼之间通过空间曲线钢连桥相互连接. 结构采用高层结构和空间结构的相结合的方法,形式新颖,建筑效果优越. 结构具有构件间断、承载力突变、局部不规则等超限项,是一种特殊形式的超限高层建筑. 介绍了该观光塔特色结构体系及结构布置,并对结构强度、稳定、舒适度等指标进行分析. 结果显示:外筒壳构件计算长度系数与单层网壳结构存在一定的差别;采用加大基础刚度和设置抗拔桩的方法可解决结构抗倾覆的难题;空间变标高的曲线连桥对主体结构影响较小,属于弱连接的连体形式;钢连桥的横向和竖向振动舒适度满足规范要求.

Structural design on transfinite high-rise sightseeing tower for Haikou Center of Rainforest

Abstract: The high-rise sightseeing tower for Haikou Center of Rainforest adopts the steel tube-in-tube structure system.The outer tube of the structure is a spatial special-shaped free-form surface which adopts a single-layer diamond reticulatedshell structure, it is similar to the spatial structure, and the inner tube adopts a frame structure. The three towers areconnected to each other through the spatial curved steel bridges. The structural form is novelly which combines the designmethods of high-rise structure and spatial structure to achieve excellent architectural effect. The whole structure is a specialtransfinite high-rise building with three transfinite terms which include component discontinuity, bearing capacity mutationand local irregularity. The characteristic of structural system and structural layout of the sightseeing tower were introduced,and the structural indicators such as strength, stability, comfort were analyzed. The result shows that there is a certaindifference between the effective length coefficient of the outer shell and the single-layer reticulated shell structure. Theproblem of structural anti-overturning can be solved by increasing the foundation stiffness and setting up anti-pulling piles.The curved bridge with spatial variable elevation has limited influence on the main structure, which belongs to the form ofweak connection. The lateral and vertical vibration of the steel bridge satisfies the requirements of the specification.
