天府国际金融中心复杂穿层柱结构设计

摘要: 天府国际金融中心项目 3#、4#、5#、6#楼采用框架-核心筒结构体系,房屋结构高度分别为 98. 8、129. 9、90. 4、139. 4m. 外框架中穿层柱占比为 89% ~ 100%,穿层柱长度为 8~ 24m,穿层柱层数为 2~ 5 层,裙房仅与穿层柱连接,结构穿层柱关系复杂. 通过增设水平桁架等概念设计,结合抗震性能化设计及穿层柱专项分析等对结构的抗震性能进行了分析与评估. 对核心筒墙体、水平桁架、薄弱部位的楼板等采取了加强措施. 结果表明:增设的水平桁架可以协调塔楼与裙房协同工作,也降低了穿层柱的复杂程度,相关的加强措施增强了结构第一道防线的承载能力,改善了第二道防线的承载能力,结构可以满足预设性能目标. 对于带复杂穿层柱的结构,按提出的穿层柱极限分析法进行构件设计可有效增强穿层柱的稳定承载力,提高整体结构的安全性.

Structural design of complex slender columns in Tianfu International Financial Center

Abstract: Tianfu International Financial Center project 3#, 4#, 5#, 6# building adopts frame-core wall structure system,the structural height is 98. 8, 129. 9, 90. 4, 139. 4m respectively. The proportion of the slender columns in the outer frameis 89% ~ 100% , the effective length are 8m to 24m, passing through 2 to 5 stories, the annex structures are connected tothese slender columns, making the slender columns more complex. The seismic performance of the structure was analyzedand evaluated through the addition of horizontal truss and other conceptual designs, in combination with the seismicperformance-based design and the special analysis of slender columns. Strengthening measures were adopted for the corewall, horizontal truss and weak parts of the slabs. The results show that: adding horizontal truss enable to coordinate thecooperative work between the main tower and the annex structures, reducing the complexity of the slender columns, therelevant strengthening measures enhance the bearing capacity of the first line of defense and improve bearing capacity of thesecond line of defense, ensuring that the structure achieve the predetermined performance objectives. Regarding to thestructure with complicated slender columns, the proposed limit analysis design method in designing columns, can effectivelyincrease the bearing capacity of stability, which improve the safety of the overall structure.
