未来花园结构有机玻璃工艺研究

摘要: 有机玻璃以优于钢化玻璃的通透性、耐候性、易加工成形和可本体聚合等优势,广泛运用于水族馆、装饰装修、机械制造和建筑结构等领域. 超大幅面的有机玻璃整体运用给其生产、加工及安装带来了多样化挑战. 以江苏园博园未来花园项目为例,介绍了有机玻璃生产、加工及安装过程,实现了工程现场超大幅面的有机玻璃整体本体聚合. 结果表明:有机玻璃材料结构稳定性强,具有高透光率和高耐候性,可以实现超大跨度空间的快速精确安装,保证了工程进度的同时也实现了理想的建筑效果.

Future Garden structure acrylic process research

Abstract: Acrylic is widely used in aquariums, decoration, machinery manufacturing and building structures withadvantages such as better permeability than tempered glass, weather resistance, easy processing and forming, and theability to the ability of bulk polymerize. The overall use of super-large format acrylic brings diverse challenges to itsproduction, processing and installation. Taking Jiangsu Garden Expo Park Future Garden project as an example, theproduction, processing and installation process of acrylic were introduced, and the project site super-large format acrylicoverall bulk polymerization was achieved. The results show that the acrylic material is structurally stable, high lighttransmission and high weather resistance, and can achieve fast and accurate installation in large-span spaces, ensuring theprogress of the project while achieving the desired architectural effect.
