未来花园不锈钢伞壳与巨幅有机玻璃水幕屋面设计与施工技术

摘 要

摘要: 江苏园博园未来花园项目采用单层不锈钢伞壳结构作为承重结构,巨幅有机玻璃作为屋面,上覆 100mm深的水幕. 长 355m 的不锈钢结构连成整体,根据有限元计算结果设置 3 条温度施工缝,采取后焊接的方式释放温度应力,并通过抛光处理实现镜面效果. 通过现场聚合工艺将预制有机玻璃板件、肋条连成直径 21m 的圆形屋面,每个圆之间填充柔性硅胶条释放温度变形. 采用分区分块施工方法,不锈钢结构与有机玻璃屋面交叉施工,并通过调平措施确保有机玻璃屋面的平整性.

Design and construction technology of stainless steel umbrella shell and huge acrylic water curtain roof in Future Garden

Abstract:The Jiangsu Garden EXPO Park Future Garden adopts the single-layer stainless steel umbrella shell structure asthe load-bearing structure, the huge acrylic as the roof and the water curtain with a depth of 100mm. The 355m longstainless steel structure is connected as a whole. According to the finite element calculation results, three constructiontemperature stress release zones were set up to release the temperature stress by post welding. And then the mirror effect ofstainless steel structure was realized through polish process. The prefabricated acrylic panels and ribs were connected toform a 21m diameter circular roof through an on-site polymerization process, and flexible silica gel strips were filledbetween each circle to release temperature deformation. The whole building were divided into several construction zones,then stainless steel structure and acrylic roof were constructed in sequence. And the leveling procedure was adopted toensure the flatness of acrylic roof.
