未来花园有机玻璃水幕的施工及运营过程健康监测

摘要: 江苏园博园未来花园有机玻璃水幕是目前我国建筑领域罕见的超大型有机玻璃项目,对其进行施工及运营过程健康监测具有重要的意义. 采用应变片对有机玻璃水幕施工阶段退火过程进行了应变监测,监测结果表明:在退火过程中,板底和肋底均出现拉应变,其值与温度正相关,退火完成后,伞面残余应变值较低. 采用振弦应变计对有机玻璃水幕运营阶段进行了应变监测. 监测结果表明:运营阶段,有机玻璃水幕中应力波动主要受到温度的影响,但波动范围较小,运营期间未出现明显蠕变现象,所有测点的应力分布在 0 ~ 5. 0MPa 之间,应力值较低,结构安全.

Health monitoring during construction and operation on acrylic water curtain in Future Garden

Abstract: The acrylic water curtain in Jiangsu Garden EXPO Park Future Garden is currently rare super large acrylicproject in Chinese building sector, and it is of great significance for the health monitoring of its construction and operationprocess. Strain gauges were used to monitor the strain of the annealing process during the construction process of acrylicwater curtain. The monitoring results show that during the annealing process, tensile strain which is positively correlatedwith temperature appears on the bottom of the plate and ribs, and the residual strain on the surface of the umbrella is lowwhen the annealing process was completed. The strain monitoring of the acrylic water curtain during the operation processwas carried out using vibrating wire strain gauges. The monitoring results show that during the operation process, the stressfluctuation in the acrylic water curtain is mainly affected by temperature, while the fluctuation range is small. There is nosignificant creep during the operation process. The stress level of all the measuring points is low, which was between 0MPaand 5MPa, and the safety of the structure is ensured.
