超长混凝土结构温度效应有限元分析及裂缝控制措施

摘要: 温度应力是超长混凝土结构面临的主要问题,如何对结构温度效应进行准确模拟、并采取有效措施控制裂缝产生是处理该类问题的关键. 通过对超长混凝土结构进行有限元分析,提出结构温差计算方法和关键参数确定原则,基于数值分析结果和实际工程应用提出一种新型的裂缝控制措施. 分析表明,建立的有限元模型能够方便合理地反映结构温度效应;提出的楼面高差带能够有效降低超长钢筋混凝土结构楼板的温度应力、控制裂缝产生.

Finite element analysis of temperature effect and crack-control measures for ultra-long concrete structures

Abstract:Temperature stress is the main problem faced by ultra-long concrete structure, how to accurately simulate thestructural temperature effect and take effective measures to control the crack generation is the key to deal with this kind ofproblem. Based on the finite element analysis and practical engineering application of ultra-long concrete structures, thecalculation method of structural temperature difference and the determination principle of key parameters were proposed,and a new method of crack-control was also introduced. The analysis shows that the finite element modeling can revealtemperature variation effect effectively and reasonably. The proposing floor elevation zone can weaken the impact oftemperature stress, and avoid ultra-long concrete structure cracking.
