带钢接头的装配式钢筋混凝土梁抗剪性能研究

摘要: 为研究现有两种带钢接头的装配式钢筋混凝土梁抗剪性能,设计制作了 6 个钢筋混凝土梁试件进行足尺试验研究,其中包括 4 个带钢接头的钢筋混凝土梁和 2 个用于对比的普通钢筋混凝土梁. 通过记录各试件的试验现象及破坏形态,测量各试件的抗剪承载力、位移和应变等参数,对试件的抗剪性能与剪切延性进行分析. 结果表明:与普通钢筋混凝土梁相比,使用钢接头且下部设置受拉钢板、无纵向受力钢筋的试件极限抗剪承载力有所降低,下部设置纵向受力钢筋的试件极限抗剪承载力提高 18. 5% ~ 24. 5%,剪切延性均有所提高. 通过对目前各国现行钢筋混凝土梁抗剪承载力计算方法的适用性评价发现,我国现行规范可较好地预测带钢接头的装配式钢筋混凝土梁的抗剪承载力.

Study on shear behavior of prefabricated reinforced concrete beams with steel joints

Abstract: In order to explore the shear behavior of the existing two types of prefabricated reinforced concrete beams withsteel joints, six specimens of reinforced concrete beams were designed and manufactured for full scale test study, includingfour reinforced concrete beams with steel joints and two ordinary reinforced concrete beams for comparison. By recording thetest phenomenon and failure pattern of each specimen, and measuring the shear bearing capacity, displacement and strainparameters of each specimen, the shear behavior and shear ductility of the specimen were analyzed. The results show thatcompared with ordinary reinforced concrete beams, the ultimate shear bearing capacity of the specimens with steel joints,tensile steel plates and no longitudinal reinforcement is reduced, the ultimate shear bearing capacity of specimens withlongitudinal reinforcement is increased by 18. 5% ~ 24. 5%, and the shear ductility of specimens using steel joints isimproved. Through the applicability evaluation of the current calculation method of shear bearing capacity of reinforcedconcrete beams in various countries, it is found that China's specifications can better predict the shear bearing capacity ofprefabricated reinforced concrete beams with steel joints.
