北京 2022复年杂冬超奥限会高冬层季结运构动设综计合训练馆

摘要: 冬季运动综合训练馆为复杂超限高层建筑,建筑高度 30m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构. 本工程场馆部分、教学及宿舍部分为相对规则的建筑,因建筑功能及建筑外形等要求,两部分相对规则的建筑相互组合,形成通过较少楼板连接的弱连接建筑,同时存在扭转不规则、平面开大洞、斜柱等多项平面及竖向不规则情况. 系统地介绍了针对结构多项超限的设计对策、计算分析方法,根据构件的重要性提出相应的抗震性能目标,并采取相应抗震加强措施;对弱连接的部位采用零刚度模型进行构件内力分析,按照分析结果对连接部位进行加强处理;对整体模型和分塔模型进行对比分析计算. 结果表明,通过补充分析及多种构造措施加强,结构能满足预期抗震性能目标要求.

Complex out-of-code high-rise structural design of Winter Sports Comprehensive Training Gymnasium in Beijing 2022 Olympin Winter Games

Abstract:Winter Sports Comprehensive Training Gymnasium is a complex out-of-code high-rise building with a height of30m and adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure. The stadium, teaching and dormitory are relatively regularbuildings. Due to the requirements of building function and building appearance, two relatively regular building arecombined to form a weakly connected building with fewer floors connections, while there are many plane and verticalirregularity such as torsional irregularity, plane holes, inclined columns and so on. The design countermeasures andcalculation analysis methods for multiple overlimits of structures were systematically introduced. According to theimportance of components, the corresponding seismic performance targets were proposed and the corresponding seismicstrengthening measures were taken. The non-rigidity slab model was used to analyze the internal force of the weakconnection parts, and the connection parts were strengthened according to the analysis results. The whole model and thetower model were compared and analyzed. The results show that the structure can meet the expected seismic performancetargets through the supplementary analysis and various structural measures.
