七里河体育场结构设计与分析

摘要: 七里河体育场建筑造型新颖,平面采用四心椭圆,立面呈“7”字形,下部看台为周长约 700m 的环形钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋盖钢罩棚结构为倒放三角形空间钢管桁架结构,桁架长轴方向长约 240m,最大悬挑长度约 36m.通过对钢罩棚结构进行单独及总装模型分析并对下部结构是否设缝进行对比分析,确定了合理的结构布置形式与计算参数. 采用多种软件对结构进行了不同荷载组合下整体抗震分析、屋盖稳定性分析、防连续倒塌分析和超长结构分析. 采用通用有限元软件 ABAQUS 对关键节点进行了详细分析. 最后,对屋盖结构进行数值风洞模拟分析,给出了屋盖表面上的平均风压系数和体型系数及结构周围流场的绕流特性. 分析结果表明:该结构整体稳定性能良好,强度与刚度储备大,关键节点可靠,计算结果均满足规范要求.

Structural design and analysis of Qilihe Stadium

Abstract: Qilihe Stadium has a novel architectural shape. The plane adopts four-center ellipse and the vertical shape is "7" .The lower grandstand is an annular reinforced concrete frame structure with a circumference of about 700m, and the roof steelcanopy is an inverted triangular space steel tube truss structure with a length of about 240m in the long axis direction and amaximum cantilever length of about 36m. Through the analysis of single and general assembly model of the steel canopystructure and the comparative analysis of whether the substructure has joints, the reasonable structure layout and calculationparameters were determined. The whole seismic analysis, roof stability analysis, continuous collapse prevention analysis andsuper-long structure analysis under different load combinations were carried out by using various softwares. The general finiteelement software ABAQUS was used to analyze the key nodes in detail. Finally, the average wind pressure coefficient andshape coefficient on the roof surface and the flow characteristics around the structure were obtained by numerical wind tunnelsimulation on roof structure. The analysis results show that the structure has good overall stability, large strength and stiffnessreserve, reliable key nodes, and the calculation results all meet the requirements of the code.
