双向退台“悬空”建筑结构设计及关键技术研究

摘要: 宕口酒店依山而建,位于旧有采石场开挖后遗存台地. 建筑正立面呈双向退台造型,与后方山体轮廓线基本保持一致. 主塔楼以 7 层为界,上下两组楼层分别呈南北和东西向布置,总体呈 T 形平面. 利用楼电梯间隔墙设置 5 个钢筋混凝土筒体,构建“多塔+连体+长悬臂”的框架-剪力墙结构. 针对塔楼整体性偏弱特点,合理设置抗震缝以简化结构体系;东西侧端跨各增设一段联肢墙,增强整体抗扭刚度;增加走廊区域楼板宽度;调整筒体内楼梯间布置,以实现东西向框架梁得以贯通设置;位于 7 层错层区域改为坡屋面等,以上措施能实现弱化平面和立面布置的不规则程度,增强塔楼整体性的综合效应. 计算分析表明,靠近端跨的筒体对抗扭刚度贡献起控制性作用.大震弹塑性对比分析表明,位于后方山体边跨柱底设置隔震支座对降低框架柱损伤程度有明显作用,且对相邻墙肢损伤影响程度有限.

Research on structural design and key technology of suspended building with two-way retraction

Abstract: The quarry hotel built along the mountain is located on the platform left after the excavation of the old quarry.The front elevation of the building is two-way retreation, and it is consistent with the contour line of the mountain behind.The main tower is bounded by 7 floors,the upper and lower groups of floors are arranged in north-south and east-westdirections respectively, and generally in a T-shaped plane. Five reinforced concrete cylinders are set in the partition wall ofthe elevator lobby of the building,the frame shear wall structure based on ‘multi tower + connected body + long cantilever’is constructed. Based on the weak integrity of the tower, the structure system was simplified by setting the anti-seismic jointreasonably, a section of coupling wall was set at the east and west end spans to enhance the overall torsional rigidity, thefloor width of the corridor area was increased,the arrangement of staircase inside cylinder was adjusted to realize, the framebeams arranged in the east-west direction can be connected and set up, the staggered area located of the 7th floor waschanged to sloping roof,the above measures can achieve a comprehensive effect of weakening the irregularity of plane andfacade layout, and enhancing the overall integrity of the tower. The calculation and analysis show that the tube near the endspan plays a controlling role in the contribution of torsional stiffness. The elastic-plastic comparative analysis under rareearthquakes shows that setting isolation bearing at the column bottom of the mountain side span has an obvious effect onreducing the damage degree of the frame column, and has a limited impact on the damage degree of the adjacent wall limb.
