某立面收进超高层塔楼搭接柱结构设计和分析

摘要: 某超高层办公塔楼结构高度 245. 15m,幕墙高度 289. 7m,高区东西侧立面收进,采用了钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系. 为实现东西侧收进 4m 的立面要求,进行了斜柱转换、桁架转换、搭接柱桁架转换方案的选型比较. 综合考虑方案对室内观感、空间使用、净高等的建筑影响及结构受力、材料用量、工期等因素,选定了利用避难层空间设置搭接柱桁架转换的结构方案. 对与搭接柱的相关结构,设定了合适的抗震等级和性能目标;对搭接柱桁架进行了考虑竖向地震影响的多工况受力分析;对搭接柱桁架转换引起承担水平力构件包括水平桁架、核心筒剪力墙、楼板进行了分析验算;对搭接柱桁架的防连续倒塌能力进行了分析验算;对关键节点进行了有限元分析. 在各项分析结果的基础上,结合结构概念设计,对搭接柱转换相关构件依据性能要求采取了合适的设计措施,实现了结构的可行性和安全性.

Structural design and analysis of lapped column of a super high-rise tower with elevation retraction

Abstract:The structural height of a super high-rise office tower is 245. 15m, the height of the curtain wall is 289. 7m, theeast and west facades of the high area are retracted, and the concrete filled steel tube frame-reinforced concrete core tubehybrid structure system is adopted. In order to achieve the elevation requirement of retracting 4m from the east to the west,the selection and comparison of inclined column conversion, truss conversion, and lapped column truss conversion schemeswere carried out. Comprehensively considering the architectural impact of the scheme on the indoor appearance, space use,net height, and structural stress, material consumption, construction period and other factors, and the structural scheme ofusing the refuge floor space to set lapped column truss conversion was selected. For the structures related to the lappedcolumn, appropriate seismic grade and performance target were set. The stress analysis of lapped column truss undermultiple working conditions considering the impact of vertical earthquake was carried out. The analysis and checkingcalculation of the components bearing horizontal force caused by the conversion of lapped column truss were carried out,including the horizontal truss, the core tube shear wall, and the floor slab. The continuous collapse resistance of lappedcolumn truss was analyzed and checked. The finite element analysis of the key nodes was carried out. On the basis ofvarious analysis results, combined with the structural conceptual design, appropriate design measures were taken for thecomponents related to the transfer of lapped columns according to the performance requirements, which realize thefeasibility and safety of the structure.
