昆明华润中心 T1 超高层塔楼结构设计分析

摘要: 昆明华润中心 T1 塔楼为 8 度抗震设防的超高层建筑,建筑总高度为 297m,是带加强层的钢管混凝土框架-型钢(钢板)混凝土核心筒混合结构体系. 利用有限元软件研究了采用减轻结构自重、合理控制剪力墙受拉应力、设置有限刚度的加强层和设置屈曲约束支撑等技术后,整体结构在地震作用下的变化,同时研究了地震作用下构件的受力特点. 结果表明:整体结构的抗侧刚度提高,同时材料用量减少. 结构的各项指标满足规范要求,能达到预期的抗震性能目标.

Structural design and analysis of T1 super high-rise building of China Resources Center in Kunming

Abstract: T1 of China Resources Center in Kunming is a super high-rise building with 8-degree seismic fortification. Thetotal height of the building is 297m. It is a mixed structural system of concrete-filled steel tube frame-section steel ( steelplate) concrete core tube with reinforced layer. The finite element software was used to study the changes of the wholestructure under earthquake action after reducing the structural dead weight, reasonably controlling the tensile stress of shearwall, setting the stiffening layer with finite stiffness and setting the buckling restrained braces, etc. At the same time, thestress characteristics of components under earthquake action were studied. The results show that the lateral stiffness of thewhole structure is increased and the material consumption is reduced. All indexes satisfy the requirements of standard andachieve the objective of expected seismic performance.
