红外热像技术在外墙外保温系统安全性检测中的应用研究

摘要: 制作了 3 片预设缺陷的外墙外保温系统模型试件,包括 2 片不同厚度的 EPS 板薄抹灰外保温系统试件和 1片无机保温砂浆外保温系统试件. 为研究不同季节室外温度对红外热像检测结果的影响,分别在春季和夏季对 3个试件进行了红外热像定时拍摄. 检测结果表明,保温材料的种类和厚度会影响缺陷区域与完好区域表面温度差随室外温度变化的规律;检测当天的环境温度波动越大,外保温系统表面温度差越大;对于保温材料厚度较薄的外墙外保温系统,红外热像技术可识别出保温层与基层间的缺陷,但无法根据红外热像获得的温度差确定缺陷的类型、保温材料缺失程度等详细情况;红外热像技术可识别出外保温系统中的锚栓分布情况,因此可用于外墙外保温系统构造措施检测. 由于红外热像技术不能准确识别所有缺陷,工程现场检测时为保证检测结果的可靠性和准确性,仍应辅以其他检测手段.

Research on the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in the safety inspection of external wall thermal insulation system

Abstract: Three pieces of pre-defect external wall thermal insulation system specimens were produced, including twopieces of EPS board with thin plastering system specimens with different thickness of EPS board and one piece of inorganicinsulation mortar system specimen. To study the influence of outdoor temperature in different seasons on infrared thermalimaging detection results, infrared thermal imaging time-lapse photography was performed on the three specimens in springand summer. The detection results showed that the law of surface temperature difference between the defect area and theintact area with outdoor temperature would be affected by the type and the thickness of the insulation material. The greaterthe environmental temperature fluctuation on the test day, the greater the surface temperature difference of the external wallthermal insulation system. For the external wall thermal insulation system with thin insulation material, infrared thermalimaging technology can identify defects between the insulation layer and the base layer. The specific conditions of thedefects such as the type of defect and the degree of lack of insulation materials cannot be determined based on thetemperature difference obtained from infrared thermal imaging technology. Infrared thermal imaging technology can identifythe distribution of anchor bolts in the external wall thermal insulation system, so it can be used to detect the structuralmeasures of the external wall thermal insulation system. Because infrared thermal imaging technology can not accuratelyidentify all defects, to ensure the reliability and the accuracy of detection results, other detection methods should also beconducted.
