【提要】  结合松园别墅木结构住宅的设计和建造，详细叙述了平台式框架木结构的基础、墙体、楼面、屋面构造。讨论了静力计算、抗震性能等问题，并提供了很多节点大样和图片，给出此类建筑结构一个完整的印象。

Design of Timber Residence Engineering in Shanghai Songyuan Villas/Zhu Jundao,Tan Fusheng,Zhou Chenggong(Institute of Design and Research of Shanghai Pudong Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai 201204,China)
Abstract:Based on design and construction of timber residence in Songyuan villas,the foundation,wall,floor and roof construction of wood plateframe house are introduced in detail.The static calculation and antiseismic characteristic of the building are discussed,and many details and photographsare are offered in reference to design.
